Newman Pearsons Residential. Kuningan, South Jakarta. Focusing on residential leasing.
Rebranding
Fahra Rizwari becomes the sole owner. Re-brands as Noble Properties Asia. Establishes a core team of 5 and appoints Ignacia Widjadja as associate.
Appointed and Established
Property agent for Santa Fe and CS Mobility. Noble Team Studio focusing on interior design & build.

Sole agent for Verde Two. Leasing & fitting-out

Noble Team Studio has a rebranding, now known as Noble Design. With a significant expansion, the company has grown by adding 20 more employees.
